2. Issue a private parking fine

A vehicle is blocking your space? Here's how to report it:

1. Tap the “Parking fine” icon on the home screen
2. Scan the licence plate or enter it manually
3. Upload a photo of the offending vehicle (parking situation)
4. Optional: scan the QR code of the parking fine
5. Optional: add a short note
6. Confirm the parking spot — done!

3. Request a tow

When a vehicle needs to be removed immediately, the workflow is similar:

1. Tap the “Tow” icon on the home screen
2. Scan the licence plate or enter it manually
3. Upload a photo of the offending vehicle (parking situation)
4. Optional: add a short note
5. Confirm the parking spot — and we'll handle the rest 🚓
