About the role
FalschParker is the most-used private parking enforcement platform in Switzerland, and we keep taking on new sites. You are out in the field, patrolling our clients’ private parking areas and documenting violations cleanly enough to withstand scrutiny. No prior experience needed — we train you properly.
Responsibilities
- Carry out regular patrols on the private parking areas assigned to you
- Record improperly parked vehicles correctly and document them completely
- Issue enforcement fee claims and trigger towing orders
- Communicate with drivers and clients in a friendly, de-escalating way
- Report the condition of signage and road markings
- Complete your daily reports in the app reliably and on time
Requirements
- Reliability, punctuality and a good eye for detail
- Spoken German; additional languages very welcome
- A friendly manner, even when a conversation gets heated
- Willingness to work some evenings or weekends
- Category B driving licence an advantage
- Clean criminal record certificate
