Head of ParkGuard
Lead and scale our parking enforcement team, and keep quality high on every site.
About the role
You own day-to-day enforcement operations: the team, the schedule, the quality. You always know who is where, and you make sure every piece of documentation would hold up in court. We keep growing: new sites across Switzerland, plus our launch in Germany. You build the team that has to carry that growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the ParkGuard team across German-speaking Switzerland
- Plan deployments, routes and control windows across all sites
- Recruit, onboard and continuously train new ParkGuards
- Safeguard quality: documentation, photo evidence, deadlines and escalations
- Act as the point of contact for clients on all on-site enforcement matters
- Own the metrics for coverage, enforcement quality and dispute rate
Requirements
- Leadership experience in field services, security, facility management or logistics
- Experience with shift and deployment planning for distributed teams
- Excellent German; English an advantage
- A calm, credible presence in conflict situations
- Category B driving licence
- Digital confidence: app-based reporting, dashboards, Excel
