Full Stack Engineer
Build the platform and the AI systems behind our parking enforcement.
About the role
Our platform runs on AWS, serves Switzerland and Germany, and processes cases, images, documents and payments every day. More European markets are coming, each with its own legal framework and language. You build features across the whole stack — and the agents and LLM systems that automate the rest. You help decide which models we use, host or fine-tune, from frontier models to open ones like Hermes.
Responsibilities
- Build features across the full stack, from frontend to database, including deployments
- Build agents that handle multi-step work on their own: case review, correspondence, research
- Ship LLM-powered features: document extraction, case classification, automated correspondence, voice support
- Evaluate, integrate and self-host frontier and open models such as Hermes on AWS
- Build prompt, eval, guardrail and monitoring pipelines so agents and outputs stay reliable
- Develop integrations with payment providers, vehicle-owner lookups and client systems
Requirements
- 3+ years of full-stack experience with TypeScript/React and Node or Python
- Hands-on experience building agents: tool use / function calling, multi-step workflows, error handling
- Experience with LLM APIs, RAG and evals in production
- Experience with open models such as Hermes, Llama, Mistral or Qwen, including fine-tuning or self-hosting
- Solid with AWS, SQL and CI/CD, with a sense for data protection and security (revDSG, GDPR)
- Good English; German an advantage
What we offer
- Competitive salary and real ownership of architecture decisions
- Budget for models, tooling and GPU resources
- Hybrid or remote with flexible hours
- Hardware of your choice
- Learning budget for conferences and courses
- A small team, short release cycles and visible impact
